MERCHANDISE & AVAILABILITY:

bchicaustin.com offers a wide selection of the merchandise available in our store. We frequently add new designers and exciting products to our selection. We update our website daily and do our best to keep everything current. However, if an item that you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.

We also reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

SALES TAX:

Sales tax is automatically applied to any order with a TX address in accordance with state regulations.

ORDER STATUS & HISTORY:

Registered customers, please click MY ACCOUNT to access web order status and history.

Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via e-mail or by calling 512.328.2442. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.

GIFT WRAP:

Gift wrap is available for all online purchases. Gift wrap is an additional $5 per item and can be added during checkout. You can also include a personal message that will be included with the gift.

TELEPHONE ORDERS:

We are happy to accept your order via phone. Please contact us during regular business hours Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm. Please do not leave a message, we will not be able to process your order without a verbal confirmation.

RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you may either exchange it or request a store credit. Items must be returned no later than 5 days from delivery date and must be in the original condition with tags attached. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed.

Layaway items, Fragrance, Earrings, undergarments & ON SALE items are always FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.

All policies must be followed, otherwise, your item will be refused upon delivery.

#1 – Do Not remove any tags. Handbags and other expensive items also include a security tag. Both store tags & security tags must be in tact for an exchange or store credit to be issued.
#2 – Email us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization)
#3 - Box item up exactly as it was received. All documentation, including original receipts, authenticity cards, etc. must be included with the return.
#4 – Send item back via USPS, UPS or Fedex with full insurance, tracking and signature confirmation. This is for your safety and there will be no questions on when the item was shipped or when it arrived.

In store credit is valid for one year from date of issuance. Your credit will be available for both online and retail boutique purchases.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges noted on checkout. Our shipping prices include insurance, tracking & signature confirmation. Typically items will ship the next business day after payment has been processed. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Shipping times listed are from the time the order leaves our warehouse, not from the time when you place the order. Transit times vary depending on location and we cannot guarantee delivery times. If you require expedited shipping, please choose express shipping option at checkout.

If paying via Paypal, we can only ship to the confirmed address listed on your Paypal account.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we are not able to offer Saturday delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

We regret that due to the high incidence of credit card fraud we have found it necessary to implement fraud prevention guidelines. International customers must obtain a US address prior to ordering from us.



Please understand that we must impose this restriction because of the very real problem of identity theft and fraudulent credit card purchases. We also reserve the right to ask for payment via Western Union if your identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
